SUBJECT: BMW Special Tool Rack In preparation for the arrival of BMW Special Tools for the new Models, a new Tool Board Decal set (to be mounted on three 4' x 8' plywood panels) was recently shipped to every dealer. In order to save wail space, BMW-NA is offering a special tool rack (see back page). This tool rack has two stationary and two sliding panels and occupies no more space than the previous tool board assembly, The tool rack is designed to accept standard 4' x 8' x 5/8" plywood panels, so dealers who have already mounted the new Tool Board Decals on 4' x 8' x 5/8" plywood panels can readily install them in the new tool rack. The unassembled tool rack comes with all hardware and two wooden shelves in each bottom section. The 4' x 8' plywood panels are not included. The Tool Rack can be ordered from BMW-NA under P/N 88 88 6 900 004. Extra cabinets in three different configurations are available at extra cost. They can be installed in any bottom section of the tool rack.
